If Trojans are stealing your passwords, you have greater issues than Filezilla. I find the security features of this program scalable and reliable, provided they are on a properly secured computer to begin with. Don’t mistake OS specific vulnerabilities with flaws in this software.

On Ubuntu filezilla work good, but on Windows Trojan steal password from Filezilla.
