This is a simple “todo list” script written in PHP. It requires Apache and MySQL database. The php scripts are small, fast and easy to install. It works with CSS which can be easily modified to suit your style.

Data is displayed in a table format and is sortable by just clicking on the column header. Adding, updating and deleting a task is simple by simply clicking on the links. The delete function has a confirmation popup window to prevent accidental deletes.

Authentication was recently added to keep the list private. By default, the admin account is active. Once logged in, users are encouraged to create a new user and to delete the default admin account to secure the system. The admin account can’t be deleted in Demo mode.
