American Idol
The TV was on and I caught the last part of American Idol. I haven’t seen the show since the Taylor Hicks final. I tuned in since one contestant was being eliminated. It turned out to be Gina Glocksen. She had to sing her rendition of Smile at the end of the show. How ironic! The first few words were, “Smile, though your heart is broken.” I finally saw Sanjaya Malakar sing for the first time. The guy can’t sing. Not impressed. He’s charming his way, but he won’t last.
