Vonage V-Phone
I want a Vonage V-Phone when I travel in three weeks. I can call family and friends as if I have never left home. It’s a great solution for people on the go, the Vonage V-Phone fits on your keychain and can be used anywhere there’s a high-speed Internet connection! It comes with 250MB of memory capable of storing files, MP3 songs and digital photos. The Vonage V-Phone comes with Vonage Talk software pre-loaded. There’s no need to install it on your PC and no need to restart your computer. Simply insert the Vonage V-Phone into any available USB port, plug the earpiece microphone into the side of the Vonage V-Phone and you’re ready to make and receive calls! Remove the drive when you’re done and the phone and all your important contact information goes with you. Has anybody used V-Phone? I’m interested in your feedback.
Changed My Mind
After inquiring about the V-Phone from Vonage, I found out that they require a second line for the V-Phone. The monthly costs for the second line is $24.99. The device itself costs $39 plus a one-time $29 installation. After hearing all of it from a customer representative, I decided not to pursue the product. I can justify spending $39 for the device, but not a second line with a monthly cost of $24 dollars. I wonder how many current Vonage customers are actually using this product. It’s an extra feature I can live without. The monthly cost stopped me dead on the track.
