FIFA Rankings: USA at number 23!
It’s getting worse! Team USA plunges to number 23 by not even playing a game. FIFA is weighing the World Cup performance much more than I thought. We better start winning games soon. Come to think of it. I’m not really sure what happened to the US team this past year. We were winning games and scoring, but the last few games prior to the World Cup was an indication of a team struggling with the offense. As it turned out, only one goal was scored in group play. You can’t advance with that kind of scoring!
