New York has September 11, Madrid has March 11, and now Mumbai has July 11. What’s the deal with the number 11? Seven coordinated explosions ripped through the Indian financial capital yesterday grinding the city to a halt. A total of 196 people are dead and hundred of others are injured. No one has claimed responsibility yet, but the coordinated bombings has the hallmark of Al-Qaeda. The blasts is just reminder of the global scope of the war on terror. India has been fighting Islamic extremists for years. Osama bin Laden considers India as his biggest enemy after the US and Israel.
