Argentina Looks Impressive
Argentina just rocked Serbia and Montenegro 6-0. The Argentinians look impressive so far with 6 points in group play also beating Ivory Coast in the opening match. Germany’s 1:0 victory over Poland in the last minutes of the game yesterday was due to good substitutions by Juergen Klinsmann, the German coach who brought in two players that made a big difference in the final goal. Mexico struggled against Angola ending in 0:0 tie. The Angolans earned a much needed point. Meanwhile, the Netherlands beat the Ivory Coat 2:1. In my opinion, the best African team in this World Cup is Ivory Coast. It’s unfortunate, they landed in a tough group. The US will play in a do-or-die match in Group E tomorrow. I’m crossing my fingers.
