The United States have moved into the top five for the first time since FIFA’s world rankings began in 1993 after publication of the March list on Wednesday. Brazil remain the clear leaders, with the Czech Republic and the Netherlands unmoved in positions two and three respectively, one point apart. Argentina are fourth and the U.S. fifth, up from their shared sixth place in February.
