Happy Thanksgiving!
Happy Thanksgiving Day, everybody! Be safe on the road or in a plane. Eats lots of turkey and stuffing. Watch lots of football or catch the Thanksgiving Day Parade on TV if you like that sort of thing. Do lots of shopping on Black Friday or anytime this weekend! I think that pretty much sums up everyone’s plan for this Thanksgiving weekend.
I just listened to Adam Sandler’s “Thankgiving Song.” Funny. I will probably catch a movie or two of Hanksgiving, a Tom Hanks marathon on the Family Channel. Or play some football. Brings back many memories of high school and the college days.
Speaking of Thanksgiving; one thing to be thankful about is living in the grand old USA. Politics aside, the United States of America is still the place to be, a land of opportunity, the land of milk and honey. I love this country!
A whopping 45 million of turkeys are consumed for Thanksgiving alone every year. About 270 million for the year. Now, that’s a lot of turkey.
Gobble gobble do. Gobble gobble giggle. I love turkey.
Excuse me while I take a nap again.
