There is Hope
One of many complaints by Filipinos about ourselves is tardiness. Filipinos are always late for functions, meetings, parties, school and work. Wait, there’s hope. I saw something profound the other day while driving around Bacolod.
I’ve noticed Philippine drivers have an uncanny way of driving off from the intersection before the traffic light turns green. I’m amazed by this ability to guess before the traffic light changes. I told myself, this is the only time Filipinos are early for anything.
Yes, there’s hope!
