I first heard of the May 1st reboot while reading Zeldman’s blog. Here’s a description of what it is from the official website.

May 1st Reboot is an international relaunch of websites by authors and creatives by working the field of web design. As a collective event it makes a manifest demonstration of the very idea of community. It is quite simply, an indeterminate group of designers subscribing to one event in order to publicize their work at one specific time across any number of different locations.

I don’t know enough Flash to compete. But admire the work, I will. In addition, I’ve changed themes at least 3 times since the beginning of the year. I’m quite happy with the current theme for now.
