Oatmeal
I love oatmeal. As far as I remember, my family always had Quaker oatmeal in our kitchen. In college, oatmeal was a staple food. Of course, ignorance is bliss. I didn’t know how beneficial oatmeal was until much later in life.
I’ve learned oatmeal is a rich source of soluble fiber and is scientifically known to reduce cholesterol. Oatmeal is also great for managing weight. In fact, I eat oatmeal anytime of the day. If you are feeling a bit hungry, try to avoid rich and fatty food such as potato chips, ice cream or cookies.
Eat oatmeal instead. Just go easy on the brown sugar or maple syrup.
