TV Soccer
What sucks about US TV programming is, there is not enough soccer on TV. Even the big tournaments such as Euro 2004 are exclusive on pay-per-view only for a measly $250 for the entire package. Ridiculous! What a shame!
Joined the BCFL League
I just joined my brother’s BCFL League (Bay Area Custom Football League). The online league is based on the popular PC game called Madden 2004 or whatever the current release is, I think 2005 by now. My team is called the Santa Cruz Surfers.
A New Style
I just downloaded a new WordPress Styles called “Silver is the New Black.” The name is too long in my opinion, so I abbreviated it to just “silver.” This is now the default style of My Blogs until I find another one that will fancy my liking.
Wireless Networks
Finally, I got several wireless access points (WAP) from Compex to communicate to each other after several hours of playing around with the configurations. The documentation is sketchy at best, but such is life for some networking companies. Trial and error.
Got a scare
I was looking at my website today and noticed that my Mambo powered website is no longer working after just two days since going live. Well, as it turned out, the MySQL database was down which also affected my blogger and genealogy program.
